1. Overview
The 3-() type rotary indoor high-voltage isolating switch is a new type of rotary contact knife isolating switch. Its main structure is on a three-phase common chassis. Two sets of insulators and contacts are fixed on the upper and lower planes, and the opening and closing of the switch is realized by rotating the contacts.
Type 3 switch is based on the 3-type switch and adds a grounding blade, which can meet the needs of different power systems. This product has a compact design, small space occupation, strong insulation ability, and is easy to install and adjust. Its performance meets the requirements of "AC High Voltage Isolating Switch and Grounding Switch" and is suitable for indoor power systems with rated voltages of kilovolts AC and below. It is used for switching circuit when the voltage is no load. It can be used in conjunction with high-voltage switch cabinets or alone.
2. Environmental conditions
. The upper limit of ambient air temperature + ℃ and the lower limit - ℃ b. The altitude does not exceed.
The daily average relative humidity is not greater than, the monthly average is not greater than the water vapor pressure, the daily average is not greater than. The monthly average is not greater than.
. The surrounding air should not be significantly contaminated by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.
. No frequent violent vibrations.
3. Structure and working principle
. -/~3 isolating switch adopts - type operating mechanism transmission, and all insulation parts use large creepage porcelain insulators, which is safe and reliable. The contact method between the contact blade and the contact head is ball point contact or linear contact (~3). The contact adopts blade-shaped contact fingers and linear contact, which reduces the operating force and increases the flexibility of rotation.
. The opening and closing of the isolating switch is realized by mechanical transmission. The operating handle of the manual operating mechanism device allows the isolating switch to have two positions: the working position (i.e. the closing position) and the isolation position (i.e. the opening position). gate position). The reasonable distribution of the rods and levers of the mechanism enables the closing of the isolating switch to accurately move to the specified position, that is: when the operating handle is rotated upward, the isolating switch moves to the working position; when the operating handle is rotated downward, the isolating switch moves to the working position. Isolate the position and complete the opening operation.
